Each program is designed to provide structured, personalised support to help you create lasting, sustainable changes. All packages include:

  • Free Health History Consultation

(30 minutes) - Kick off session to explore your health and goals.

  • Onboarding Session

(60 minutes) – A deep-dive session to define your goals, identify obstacles, and create a tailored plan.

  • Biweekly Coaching Sessions

(60 minutes) – Follow-up sessions to track progress, adjust strategies, and offer ongoing support. Includes tools and guidance to help you stay on track.
