A deeper commitment for those ready to build sustainable habits with extra support. • Health History Consultation (30 minutes) • 1 x 60-minute Onboarding Session • 6 x 60-minute Biweekly Coaching Sessions • 1 free "Stay on Track" Session (to be used within 2 months of finishing) • Explore your health goals more deeply and align them with your lifestyle • Work through challenges like stress, low energy, and inconsistent habits • Create sustainable routines around nutrition, self-care, and movement • Strengthen mindset and motivation through regular check-ins and adjustments • Develop confidence in maintaining changes beyond the program
